Virtual Care: Virtual care is another umbrella term that encompasses both telemedicine and telehealth. These concepts have become increasingly important, especially in situations where physical access to healthcare facilities may be limited or in cases where remote monitoring and consultations can enhance patient care and accessibility. Choose virtual visits over waiting rooms to avoid germs. It's a simple way to stay safe and protect others from infectious diseases.

Telehealth or virtual visits can be secure when appropriate measures are taken to safeguard the confidentiality and privacy of patient information.  Well Timed Healthcare uses a secure and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Platforms that comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) provide a higher level of security for patient data.
